"Catastrophic Reactor Failure Sparks Fire on Brunot Island"

A specialized transformer at a power station on Brunot Island in Pittsburgh catastrophically failed, causing multiple explosions and fires. The fires sent black smoke over the Ohio River towards downtown Pittsburgh. There were no injuries to first responders or the public, and the fire was contained to the island. Fire crews had to ferry over to the island due to the lack of a vehicle bridge. The fire has been extinguished, and investigations are underway to determine the cause.
