Tragic Water Rescue Results in Fatal Accident

A man, identified as Richard Kosior, has died after falling into the Kanawha River during a water rescue in Charleston, West Virginia. Witnesses reported that Kosior slipped and fell while attempting to move between boats. The police have ruled out foul play and will not conduct a criminal investigation. The body has been sent to the medical examiner's office for further evaluation.
