Tragic Car Crash Claims Life of Fishers Woman and Purdue Student in Arkansas

Abigail Cox, a 20-year-old Fishers resident and Purdue University student, was one of three people killed in a head-on collision in northwestern Arkansas. The crash occurred when an SUV swerved into the oncoming lane and struck the pickup truck Cox was in. The driver and another passenger of the SUV also died in the accident. Cox, a junior at Purdue's Mitchell E. Daniels Jr School of Business, had plans to pursue a master's in Human Resource Management. She was described as an active member of her high school community and various organizations.
