Tragic Accident: Woman Killed as Lifeguard Stand Collapses in VB

A woman, identified as 28-year-old Chelsea Moles, died after a lifeguard stand fell on top of her at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront. The incident was deemed an accidental death, as Moles was believed to be sleeping on top of the stand when it toppled over after another individual tied a hammock to it. Moles was known to be unsheltered, and no charges have been released.
