Target stores in Northridge and Sacramento experience suspicious fires.

A fire broke out on the roof of a Target store in Northridge, damaging an array of solar panels. The Los Angeles Fire Department extinguished the blaze in 21 minutes and reported that the fire did not penetrate through the roof into the attic or main structure. No injuries were reported.
