Series of Accidents: Bicycle Causes Chain Reaction, Good Samaritan Hit, Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash

A man in Bartholomew County, Indiana sustained serious injuries when he was struck by a motorcyclist while attempting to provide aid to another motorcyclist who crashed after a bicycle fell from a vehicle on I-65. The initial collision occurred when the bicycle was struck by two vehicles, causing them to pull over. The injured man was flown to a local hospital, and alcohol and drugs are not believed to be factors in the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
