Multiple Injuries in Car and School Bus Collision on K-254 near Towanda

A minor has died from injuries sustained in a crash involving a Chevy Malibu and a school bus from the Circle school district in Towanda, Kansas. The school bus failed to yield the right of way, resulting in a collision with the Malibu. The driver of the Malibu was seriously injured, while the passenger was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries and later pronounced deceased. The accident is under investigation. No injuries were reported among the 14 children on the bus.
