Multiple Injuries as Buses Collide in Manhattan: FDNY Briefing

At least 71 people were injured when a double-decker tour bus collided with an MTA bus in Manhattan. The tour bus ran a red light and t-boned the MTA bus, which had the right of way. Most of the injuries were minor, with 36 people taken to the hospital and 35 evaluated at the scene. The driver of the tour bus will receive a summons, and there is no indication of criminality at this time.
