Multiple Fatal Crashes Rock Lower Valley, Leaving Death and Destruction in Their Wake

Three people were killed and three others were injured in a four-vehicle crash in the Lower Valley near the Ysleta port of entry in El Paso, Texas. Witnesses saw a person being apprehended at the scene, but there is no information yet on their connection to the crash. The Texas Department of Transportation has closed all lanes in the area, including the port of entry to Juarez.
