Multiple Fatal Crashes on I-695 in Baltimore County Investigated by Maryland State Police

Maryland State Police are investigating a fatal crash on Interstate 695 in Baltimore County that occurred early Sunday morning. The driver of a Honda Civic crashed into the concrete median and became disabled in the road. A Honda Accord then struck the Civic and the driver, Bryan Joseph Lee, who was outside the vehicle at the time. Lee was declared dead at the scene. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
