Manchester Fire Displaces 14 Due to Smoking Material Ignition

An apartment attached to a home in Manchester was destroyed by an early morning fire that firefighters blamed on the improper disposal of smoking material. In all, 14 people were forced from the home, and one person and a firefighter were treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The American Red Cross is helping families impacted by the fire.
