A tanker rollover on I-35W in Minneapolis caused the closure of southbound lanes and spilled 15,000 gallons of tack, a substance used for asphalt repairs, onto the roadway and median. The crash resulted in non-life-threatening injuries and road crews worked to absorb and clear the tack from the asphalt.
