Fatal Wrong-Way Crash on 101 Freeway in East Hollywood.

A wrong-way driver was killed in a fiery crash on the 101 Freeway in East Hollywood after colliding head-on with a pickup truck. The collision caused the closure of most southbound lanes and snarled traffic during the morning commute. The driver of the red Prius was pronounced dead at the scene, and another person was taken to the hospital in unknown condition. Two others suffered minor injuries but declined to be transported. It is unclear if the deceased driver was under the influence.
