Fatal Wrong-Way Crash Claims Lives of Woman and Young Boy in Van Nuys

A woman and a 5-year-old boy were killed in a wrong-way crash in Van Nuys, Los Angeles. The crash occurred when a white Honda Accord crossed into the southbound lanes and collided with a gray Honda Civic. The 60-year-old woman in the Civic was pronounced dead at the scene, while the 5-year-old boy died at the hospital. Four other victims, aged between 21 and 30, were hospitalized in serious condition.
