Fatal Shuttle Bus Crash at Honolulu Cruise Ship Terminal Leaves One Dead and Multiple Injured

A shuttle bus crashed at a Honolulu cruise ship terminal, resulting in one fatality and multiple injuries. The driver reportedly mistook the gas pedal for the brake, causing the bus to collide with pedestrians and concrete barriers. One pedestrian died, and four others were taken to the hospital in serious condition. The driver and six others were also evaluated for injuries. Police stated that speed does not seem to be a factor, and it's unknown if drugs or alcohol were involved.
