Fatal Hit-and-Run Claims Life of Cleveland Business Owner at Accident Scene

A 41-year-old business owner, Cassandra Fear, was fatally struck by a car after getting out of her vehicle at the scene of an accident in Cleveland, Ohio. Fear, who owned Fear's Confections, had hit a parked car before stepping outside her vehicle and being hit by another car. The incident is currently under investigation, and no arrests have been made.
