Fatal Collision: Woman Dies in Clinton County Crash with Law Enforcement Vehicle

A 25-year-old driver died in a two-vehicle crash in Clinton County, Ohio, involving a patrol car driven by Sergeant Terrance Meehan. The driver, Tessa Hicks, was traveling eastbound on U.S. Route 22 when she crossed the center line and collided head-on with the patrol car.
