Fatal Car Accident Claims Lives of Construction Workers on I-695 Work Zone

Six construction workers were killed and several others injured when a car crashed into a work zone on the inner loop of I-695 in Baltimore County. The driver of the car was taken to Shock Trauma. The cause of the crash is under investigation. The incident caused significant traffic delays and Baltimore County Public Schools advised students to avoid the area. Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski and Maryland Gov. Wes Moore expressed their condolences to the families of the victims.
