Deadly Crashes on I-70 and I-71 Leave Multiple Victims

A man was killed and three people were injured in a fatal collision on westbound Interstate 70 at East Grand Avenue in St. Louis. A Chevy Silverado had stalled or stopped in one of the lanes without any lights on, and was struck by a GMC Yukon Denali, which was then hit by another GMC Yukon. All three vehicles caught fire and burned. The driver of the Silverado died at the scene, while the driver and passenger in the Denali were hospitalized and are in stable condition. The driver of the Yukon was also hospitalized and is in stable condition.
