Dramatic Rescue: Driver Saved from Dangling Truck on Louisville Bridge

Emergency crews in Louisville rescued a semi-truck driver whose vehicle was left hanging over the Ohio River after a collision on the 2nd Street Bridge. The dramatic rescue involved rappelling down the bridge to reach the trapped driver, who remained calm during the ordeal. Two occupants of other vehicles involved in the crash sustained serious injuries and were taken to the hospital. The bridge is expected to remain closed until the truck is recovered, and the driver of the semi-truck has been discharged from the hospital.
