Fiery Nashville Plane Crash Claims Five Lives

A single-engine plane crashed near an interstate highway in Nashville, Tennessee, killing all five people on board after the pilot reported engine trouble and attempted an emergency landing at John C. Tune Airport. The aircraft burst into flames upon crashing on a grassy median just off Interstate 40, with no injuries to drivers on the interstate or damage to vehicles or buildings on the ground.
