Brian Cox Believes Logan Roy's Death in 'Succession' Was Premature.

Brian Cox, the Emmy-nominated actor who plays Logan Roy in HBO's hit TV series Succession, said that his character's death in the third episode of the final season was "ultimately too early." Cox suggested that it would have made more sense to do it later in the season, during either the fifth or sixth episode. However, series creator Jesse Armstrong said he chose an early episode to allow the show to explore the aftermath for the Roy family. Cox also shared how he helped ensure the plot details around his character's death didn't leak before the series-changing episode aired.
