Disney World Monorail Evacuated Twice in One Day

Passengers riding Walt Disney World's monorail were evacuated after the train experienced a flat tire, causing it to stall on the tracks near the EPCOT parking lot toll plaza. The incident resulted in a loud bang, a flash of light, and the smell of burning rubber and smoke. With the air conditioning not working, passengers had to open windows for ventilation. A total of 71 passengers were safely evacuated within an hour and 20 minutes.
