Disney Parks Experience Decreased Crowds and Shorter Wait Times on Fourth of July

Disney's U.S. theme parks experienced shorter wait times on the Fourth of July, indicating lower foot traffic compared to the previous year, according to data from Touring Plans. Hollywood Studios saw the largest decline in average wait times, dropping from 44 minutes in 2022 to 18 minutes this year. Other parks in Florida and California also saw decreases in wait times. Factors such as extreme temperatures, pricing, and a slowdown in revenge travel were cited as possible reasons for the decrease. However, the parks were busier in the days following the holiday.
