Sons of Anarchy Vet to Lead Amazon's God of War Live-Action Series as Kratos

Ryan Hurst has been cast as Kratos in Amazon Prime Video's live-action God of War series, reuniting him with the franchise after he voiced Thor in God of War: Ragnarok. The show will adapt the latest two games, following Kratos and his son Atreus as they embark on a journey tied to their wife Faye's ashes. Ronald D. Moore now oversees the series with Frederick E.O. Toye directing the first two episodes. The project is a Sony Pictures Television/Amazon MGM Studios co-production, with PlayStation Productions and Tall Ship Productions involved.
