Amazon MGM Studios is reorganizing its scripted division into a genre-based structure (drama & comedy, worldbuilding, animation, unscripted) and is moving senior leadership under Peter Friedlander. Laura Lancaster and Nick Pepper are exiting their current roles, with Blair Fetter joining as Head of Worldbuilding & Genre Series, reporting to Friedlander. The reshuffle aims to speed decision-making and clarify ownership across the studio’s slate, affecting both development and current series while a new Head of Drama & Comedy is to be named.
