'Messi of Matadors' Brutally Gored by 1,100lb Bull in Spain

Bullfighting star Andrés Roca Rey, known as the "Messi of Matadors," was gored by a 1,100-pound bull during a show in Spain. The bull caught Roca Rey in the thigh, tossing him in the air and ramming him into the stadium's boards. Roca Rey's teammate, Cayetano Rivera Ordoñez, jumped in to divert the bull's attention but was also gored, suffering a fractured rib. Roca Rey was taken to the hospital with knee wounds and bruises on his neck, face, and legs, but thankfully avoided life-threatening injuries.
