Former Assistant Accuses DJ Paul Oakenfold of Sexual Harassment

DJ and remixer Paul Oakenfold has been accused of sexual harassment and workplace violations by his former personal assistant, who filed a lawsuit against him and two companies run by CEO Paul Stepanek. The woman alleges that Oakenfold exposed himself and masturbated in front of her on multiple occasions, and when she reported the incidents to management, she was given a nondisclosure agreement and prevented from returning to work when she didn’t sign. She eventually signed the NDA "under duress" and was later laid off for "a lack of work."
