Go-Go's guitarist Jane Wiedlin has come forward in a Rolling Stone article, alleging that she was sexually molested by Rodney Bingenheimer, the former radio host and owner of the English Disco, when she was 15 years old. Wiedlin is one of five women who have accused Bingenheimer of sexual assault during the 1970s and '80s. She describes the incident in detail, stating that Bingenheimer isolated her in a back room of the club and assaulted her. Bingenheimer has not responded to the allegations, and SiriusXM, where he currently hosts a radio show, has not commented.
