Fashion photographer Terry Richardson is facing a second sexual assault lawsuit as the New York State Adult Survivors Act is set to expire after Thanksgiving. Caron Bernstein, a former actress and model, filed a lawsuit alleging that Richardson sexually assaulted her in 2003. This comes after Spanish model Minerva Portillo also accused Richardson of sexual assault. Bernstein's lawsuit claims that Richardson further abused her by publishing explicit photos of the assault without her consent. The Adult Survivors Act has provided a one-year window for victims of sexual abuse to file claims that would otherwise be barred by time limits.
