Billy Joel Lists Long Island Estate with Beach House for $49 Million

Billy Joel has listed his Long Island estate, which sits on 26 acres of waterfront property, for $49 million. The 20,000 square-foot main house has five bedrooms and eight bathrooms, and is currently undergoing renovations. The property also includes a three-bedroom beach house, a helipad, indoor and outdoor pools, a bowling alley, and two guest houses. Joel purchased the estate in 2002 for $22.5 million and is known for his real estate investments, including a 13,000-square-foot mansion in Palm Beach, Florida.
