Beyoncé and Jay-Z have reportedly purchased a $200 million, 40,000-square-foot mansion in Malibu, California, designed by famed Japanese architect Tadao Ando. The property sits on eight acres of blufftop land with unobstructed ocean and coastline views and direct access to a scenic beach. The home was privately listed at $295 million and is one of the few homes designed by Ando. The couple also owns a New York City penthouse, a house in the Hamptons, and an $88 million mansion in the Bel Air neighborhood of Los Angeles.
