Former child star Adam Rich, best known for his role in the 1970s sitcom "Eight is Enough," died of an accidental drug overdose of fentanyl, according to an autopsy report from the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office. Rich was discovered dead at his home in Los Angeles on Jan. 7 during a welfare check. He was 54.
