"Vampire Weekend Unveils 'Only God Was Above Us' Album Teaser"

Vampire Weekend announces details of their fifth studio album 'Only God Was Above Us', set to release on April 5, featuring two new tracks 'Capricorn' and 'Gen-X Cops' to be released next Friday. The album, inspired by 20th Century New York City, was primarily produced by frontman Ezra Koenig and Ariel Rechtshaid. The band will also play a special album launch show in Austin, Texas on April 8 and has been announced as headliners for Hinterland Festival and performers at the New Orleans Jazz Festival, Primavera Sound, and Kilby Block Party.
