U2 surprised fans with a pop-up concert and music video shoot on Fremont Street in Las Vegas, where they debuted their new song "Atomic City." The track is inspired by the city's nickname during the 1950s nuclear bomb testing era. The band performed the song multiple times during the show, which also served as a video shoot for its rumored release later this month. Drummer Larry Mullen Jr., who is recovering from back surgery, joined the band for the shoot, but will not be part of their upcoming U2 UV: Achtung Baby residency at the MSG Sphere.
