Tyka Nelson, Prince's Sister and Singer, Passes Away at 64

Tyka Nelson, the only full sibling of legendary musician Prince, has passed away at the age of 64. A Minneapolis-based singer, Nelson released four albums and was planning a farewell concert last June, which she missed due to illness. She was one of Prince's legal heirs and had sold her estate interests to Primary Wave Music. Nelson is survived by her sons and siblings. Her passing was confirmed by a representative of Prince's estate, though no cause of death was disclosed.
