Taylor Swift's Vinyl Albums Accounted for 7% of U.S. Sales in 2023

In 2023, Taylor Swift dominated the U.S. vinyl album market, accounting for one of every 15 vinyl albums sold and selling nearly 3.5 million copies across her catalog. This marked the 18th consecutive year of growth in vinyl album sales, with Swift's vinyl sales comprising 7% of the industry's total. She also had the top-selling vinyl album of the year with "1989 (Taylor’s Version)" selling over 1 million copies, and five of the top 10-selling vinyl albums. Vinyl album sales made up 47.1% of all album sales in the U.S. in 2023, surpassing CD sales for the third consecutive year.
