Slipknot's Drummer Jay Weinberg Departs

Slipknot has announced that drummer Jay Weinberg is leaving the band after a decade. Weinberg joined Slipknot in 2013 following the departure of original drummer Joey Jordison. Slipknot expressed their gratitude for Weinberg's dedication and contributions to the band's last three albums but stated that they are making a creative decision to part ways. Weinberg, who is the son of Bruce Springsteen's drummer Max Weinberg, has not yet publicly commented on his departure from Slipknot.
