2024 Grammys: Best New Artist Eligibility, Album of the Year Predictions, K-pop Submissions & More

Gracie Abrams, Ice Spice, Coco Jones, Jelly Roll, Noah Kahan, Peso Pluma, the War and Treaty, and Lainey Wilson are among the 405 artists vying for best new artist nominations at the 2024 Grammy Awards. While these artists are considered front-runners, Grammy voters have a history of surprising nominations. Previous nominees like Zach Bryan and boygenius are ruled ineligible, but the Academy aims to be inclusive and has allowed artists who have been around for a while to be eligible. Noteworthy contenders include Ava Max, Cody Johnson, and Coi Leray. The final nominations will be announced on November 10, 2023.
