California Men Survive Aftershock Despite Stolen Phones and Keys

Two men who went missing after attending the Aftershock Festival in Sacramento have been found safe and are returning home to Southern California. Their families were unable to contact them since Saturday, and the Sacramento Police Department launched an investigation. It was later revealed that their cellphones and truck keys were stolen at the festival and along the American River. The men have now been located and are in contact with their families.
