Kate Snow Departs NBC Nightly News Sunday Anchor Role

NBC News journalist Kate Snow is leaving her role as anchor of the network's Sunday night news program after over eight years to focus on her weekday anchoring duties. Snow, who has been a part of NBC Nightly News since 2015, will step down from her Sunday anchor role to concentrate on co-anchoring NBC News Daily during the week. Her last appearance on Sunday nights will be next week, and she will continue to serve as a senior national correspondent for NBC while contributing to various network programs.
