Heidi Horten's Jewelry Collection Poised to Break Auction Records.

The jewelry collection of late Austrian billionaire Heidi Horton, which includes over 700 pieces, is expected to fetch more than $150 million in total at a series of auctions in May and November, potentially breaking the record set by Elizabeth Taylor's collection in 2011. The pieces include a 90-carat diamond necklace by Harry Winston and items from luxury brands such as Cartier, Bulgari, Tiffany, and Van Cleef & Arpels. The proceeds will go to The Heidi Horten Foundation, which supports medical research, child welfare, and other causes.
