"Eruption: Michael Crichton's Posthumous Novel Completed by James Patterson"

Michael Crichton's unfinished novel "Eruption," about the eruption of Mauna Loa, has been completed by James Patterson and is now available. Crichton's widow, Sherri, provided Patterson with all of Crichton's research to help finish the book. This collaboration is part of Sherri's efforts to preserve Crichton's legacy and introduce their son to his father's work. Since Crichton's death, several novels have been published under his name, with more expected in the future.
