Chip and Joanna Gaines are embarking on their biggest project yet with the renovation of Hotel 1928, a historic luxury hotel in Waco, Texas. The 50,000-square-foot building, designed in the style of an early twentieth-century Moorish Revival lodge, will feature 33 guest rooms, a dining room, event spaces, a rooftop terrace, and a retail shop. The renovation aims to preserve the original details while incorporating elegant European-inspired design elements. The hotel is set to open in October and will serve as an extension of home for every guest who stays.
