Autopsy report of Stephen 'tWitch' Boss, who died by suicide in December 2020, has revealed that there were no drugs or alcohol found in his system at the time of his death. His wife, Allison Holker Boss, confirmed that he was struggling with his mental health up until his passing. She stated that he didn't want people to know and just wanted to be everyone's Superman and protector. The couple had been married since 2013 and shared three children together.
