A woman has filed a lawsuit against Disney World, seeking $50,000 in damages, after experiencing an "injurious wedgie" on a waterslide at Typhoon Lagoon during her 30th birthday trip. The lawsuit claims that Disney did not provide proper safety instructions and failed to warn riders about the risk of injury due to their anatomy and swimwear.
