The release date for the open-world Star Wars game, Star Wars Outlaws, was accidentally leaked after a YouTube trailer premiere flub by Ubisoft. The game is set to launch on August 30 for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, and takes place between The Empire Strikes Back and The Return of the Jedi, following new hero Kay Vess during the height of the Empire’s reign. The game will feature a Wanted system similar to Grand Theft Auto, and players will be able to explore a galactic scale open world, including flying through space on a starship to different planets from throughout Star Wars history.
