Michelle Williams and Kelly Reichardt team up for another sublime character study in "Showing Up".

Director Kelly Reichardt has a group of actors who are eager to work with her time and time again, including Michelle Williams, who stars in her latest film "Showing Up." Reichardt's resources have grown since her first collaboration with Williams, but she still works with small budgets and often in and around Portland, Ore. Reichardt's lack of hierarchy on set also manifests onscreen, in some of Reichardt's artistic choices. Reichardt is described as a "genius" by Williams and a "rascal" by Hong Chau, who makes her Reichardt debut in "Showing Up."
