"Robbery Strikes Balmain: Paris Fashion Week Collection Stolen"

French fashion label Balmain's upcoming collection was stolen when a delivery truck was hijacked in Paris, according to the company's artistic director, Olivier Rousteing. Over 50 garments were taken as they were being transported from the airport to Balmain's headquarters. The theft occurred less than two weeks before the brand was set to showcase its new designs at Paris Fashion Week. Balmain's show will still proceed as scheduled, and the company, along with its suppliers, will work to remake the missing garments. The brand is among over 100 labels participating in the fashion event.
