Paris Hilton's Extravagant Wedding: 45 Dresses, 6 Worn

Paris Hilton revealed that she had a total of 45 wedding dresses to choose from for her 2021 nuptials to Carter Reum. While she ultimately wore six different dresses on her big day, Hilton explained that designers from around the world sent her custom dresses without her asking. She had a clear vision of wanting a princess-like gown with 3D flowers, and she knew right away that she wanted to walk down the aisle in an Oscar De La Renta dress.
